Screw support is a precision transmission element, which plays a very important role in the mechanical industry. There are some problems that need attention in the use of screw support. If these problems are not handled properly, they will often lead to a series of failures in mechanical operation.
1. When installing, be sure to install buffers at both ends of the screw, otherwise the ball screw will be damaged due to running beyond the travel limit.
2. Violent installation, such as knocking or colliding with the nut extended by the ball screw, will deform the nut and directly affect the normal operation of the ball screw.
3. If radial load and torque load are directly applied to the ball screw during installation, the service life of the screw will not only be shortened, but also it will not run smoothly.
4. Quench and grind the groove of the screw support seat. If the external parts are forced into the edge of the screw shaft or nut, the rolling groove will be indented. Please be careful not to apply excessive external force to the screw or nut when installing the parts.
